The hardest part is making the dough. Once ready, it is super easy & quick - maybe 5 minutes to make a cookie sheet full of rigatoni. It is time consuming to clean the plates, but the rest of the unit cleans easily. A perfect pairing for the flat noodle attachment if you like to make your own pasta.
