Play and experiment.)Use on many materials (You can foil on many materials but you will need to pads accordingly to create optimal foil transfer.) HOW TO USE HOT FOIL MACHINE： 1. Plug in, turn on Machine and wait for it to heat up. 2. Open lid, and place hot foil plate on the heating surface. Wait until light indicator turns from red to green. 3. Place foil on the hot foil plate (colored side facing down). 4. Place card or other desired material on the foil. 5. Add the necessary pads on the platform and roll it slowly through die-cutting machine and back. 6. Remove pad pads. Slowly peel foil and enjoy the nicely foiled image. Use a metal pad when necessary to create the ideal pressure.(NOTE: The thickness of pad depends on the hot foil plate, the material and die-cutting machine you use. Sometimes you need to test out how many pads you need to get the best results!)Pass the Heating Platform slowly through your die-cutting machine to ensure an even foil transfer.Always use your tweezers to remove the hot foil plate from the machine, and put it on the silicone cooling mat.We recommend that you use smooth surfaces rather than textured surfaces to get the best foil impressionTrim the sharp edges on your heat activated foil pieces so there is not a lot of excess foil. If there is any excess foil, you can use a eraser to help clear away.Use thermal foils, which means that heat activates the foil to transfer the image onto your substrate.Trim the sharp edges on your heat activated foil pieces so there is not a lot of excess foil. If there is any excess foil, you can use a pencil eraser to help clear away.
