Upon using this machine, it started tearing up the clay. If it doesnt tear the clay it certainy does a great job of crumbling the clay instead of flattening it out. I took apart this machine several times to find out where the clay catches and builds up. Several times I would run the clay thru after the cleaning only to find the lumps and broken pieces in the new clay I would run thru. Again cleaned this machine and again more clumps of clay wound up in a crumbled pile of clay.I ran many different colors and brands like Sculpey, Kato and Das Smart same thing crumbled piles of clay. Every single one of them. So. I tossed this useless machine.
