I looked a long time. This was the only press that I could find that was riveted (not screwed) together with no wood or plastic anywhere; and it has a handle that won't get too hot. It is built like the old fashioned irons where....... beautiful. Season it just like you would the rest of you cast iron cookware to keep it from rusting and it will stay relevant forever.
