I've been using this grease since I got my boat because it was what was in my bearings when I got it. It's a little annoying that I have to buy it online because it's only available locally at the evinrude dealer ($$), but it does a fantastic job and I've never had a bearing failure with repacks every year or two. I also use it in my fishing reel screws when I rebuild them, and apply it to rusty bolts (IE lug nuts) when doing automotive repairs to prevent seizing. This stuff is extremely thick and tacky and sticks well to whatever you want to protect, lubricate, seal or goober together (it keeps nuts from rattling off a bolt if they come loose). Cleans up easily with gasoline - don't tell CARB. ;)
