Once you use a Pampered Chef garlic press, you will wonder how it is any others would be used. The design is flawless. Chamber accomodates most cloves. I'm not sure how it works or or why, but you don't have to peel the cloves... ever, you get all the good stuff and the skins/peels stay right in the chamber. Of all of my kitchen tools I can negotiate or contemplate a different style or model, a Pampered Chef garlic press is not one of them. The cleaning tool is very handy, as well. This is dishwasher safe but also easy to get completely clean hand washing.
