The 14 mm bore was exactly that. I had the tedious task of boring the size out from 14 mm to 14.30 ( 9/16 ) to fit over the shaft containing a flat side for the provided set screw. This cast metal crank replaced a plastic Sears Craftman crank on a 15 inFloor Drill Press Model 113.213150. The Sears crank Part no 817348 is out of stock until further notice. This cast metal crank is an upgrade. I don’t advise using a 9/16 drill bit to enlarge the 14 mm bushing because the 1/16 difference of material will cause the bit to grab and stop the chuck or spin the workpiece while trying to secure it on the drill press table. I wound up using a 1/2 drill bit and tediously raising and lowering the workpiece over the drill bit until it gradually enlarged enough to fit onto the shaft.
